Installation Process of RMEye on Windows 11:

Step1: Once you have downloaded the file, extract it on your desktop.

Step2: Double Click on the file to start the installation.

Step4: After selecting the language, you see a welcome screen, click on the Next Button.

Step5: On the next screen, you need to select the destination folder where you want RMEye Pro to be installed on your PC. Select the folder and click on the Next button.

Step6: A new screen will be shown on your screen, here you have to select the start menu folder. If you want to rename it you can but it would be better if you leave it as it is. { RMEye CMS } Click Next to proceed.

Step7: From here you will be presented with a new screen and you will be asked if you want a desktop shortcut. IF you do you don’t need to change anything but if you don’t. Uncheck the already checked ” Create a Desktop Icon “.

Step8: Once you are through with all that, all that is left is to click on the install button and let it install.

Step9: Upon the successful installation, you will see a desktop icon for RMEye Pro CMS. Double click on it and you will be taken to the login page of Securus CMS.

How to Connect your Device on Securus CMS:

Before we begin you need to log in to the Securus CMS portal. After that heed the instruction below to proceed.

After logging, you will see a black screen with boxes. At the top left side of the screen, you will see two PC icons. Click on that and then click ” Add Device group “.
You will see a small window showing up at the bottom of the screen. Add your Group name and click ” OK “.
After creating the device group you will see your group name will be showing on the left side of the screen. Right-click on your group name and select ” Add Device “.
A new window will appear, here you have to provide the following details in order to add a device.
- Device Type
- Group Name
- Name
- IP
- Port/Web Port
- Channel Count
- User
- Password
- Stream Setup
After all the details are provided, click on the ” OK ” button.

Install RMEye on Mac OS:

Shame RMEye is not available for Mac OS. But we can still install RMEye on Mac. First, you need to download a third-party Android Emulator. Since RMEye is available on Google Play, It means we can download the Android version of RMEye on Mac OS.

Download and Install Android Emulator on your Mac OS.
After that, you need to start the emulator and you have to add a “Gmail ID” in order to start using Google Play on your Mac.
Once you are done with all that, head over to the “home screen of Android Emulator”.
Click on “Google Play” and once it’s loaded up. Type in “RMEye” in the search bar hit enter.
Locate the RMEye app and click on the “Install” button. Once you have downloaded RMEye on Mac. All you need to do is log in with your Securus CMS portal credentials.
Once done with that “Add a Device” as you do on your Android devices after installing RMEye app.
